WLFC November Luncheon
Topic: Work-Life Balance: Women Supporting Women
Tuesday, November 19, 2013 (12:30-1:30pm)
Join the Women Lawyers of Franklin County for a special luncheon on work-life balance: women supporting women to achieve personal wellness! If you have ever struggled to balance the stress of your career, support your loved ones, and tackle your daily to-do list with caring for YOU, then you will not want to miss . . .
Our speakers, Simi Botic and Stephanie Hanna, are both attorneys and practitioners of a wellness-minded life.
- Simple tips to start a practice of self-care focusing on ways to improve your relationships, career, and health;
- Practical solutions to overcome your biggest balanced-living hurdles;
- A demonstration of creating delicious, healthy treats. Plus we will be taste testing!
Simi is a healthcare attorney at Dinsmore & Shohl, the owner of a holistic health-coaching practice, and the co-founder of the conscious living site The Micro Harvest. As a health-coach, Simi works with women to help them achieve their personal goals including weight loss, stress reduction, and ending for good the harmful cycle of dieting, emotional eating, and bingeing. After receiving amazing support in her own health journey, which started with an autoimmune disorder diagnosis, Simi is passionate about paying it forward. To learn more about Simi, visit www.themicroharvest.com or contact her at email@example.com.
Stephanie is an attorney at Carlile Patchen & Murphy and a self-professed health nut. A former figure competitor and rigid calorie-counter, Stephanie embraces her new relationship with food and loves sharing her passion for health and overall well-being with others.
