WLFC Women in the Profession Chair, 2018-19
Celia has had a diverse litigation practice for over nine years beginning with her position as a staff attorney for Judge Richard Frye in the Common Pleas Court and over six years in practice at Taft. Recently, she has been focusing her practice on Health Care Compliance and Regulatory issues in the areas of Fraud and Compliance (False Claims Act, Anti-kickback, Stark) and Telemedicine. She has served on the WLFC Board for three years. As an alumni of THE Ohio State University and Co-captain of the Dance Team, she is the President of the OSU Dance Team Alumni Society. Celia also staffs the Columbus Legal Aid’s Tenant Advocacy Program once a month. In 2018, she was recognized as Capital Law School’s Young Alumnus of the Year. Celia lives in Grandview with her husband and baby daughter.
